AOE’s Ashley Kizzire recently delivered the webinar “Advancing ACPA and Concrete Pipe Through Social Media” for our client the American Concrete Pipe Association (ACPA). One goal of the ACPA Strategic Marketing Plan, which AOE developed and implemented in 2018, is creating the framework for responsive marketing through social media. In this webinar, members learned how social media fits into the strategic marketing plan and why social media is a critical tactic for promoting the positive messages about concrete pipe. Members also learned the progress ACPA has made with social media, why it’s important to be involved on social media, and easy-to-implement strategies they can utilize for social media involvement. Following the webinar, participants received AOE’s e-book, Social Media Best Practices as well as prepared social media posts promoting the concrete pipe message.
