Big news in concrete is happening this week in Las Vegas! At World of Concrete, we helped our client the American Concrete Pumping Association (ACPA) announce their merger with the Concrete Pumping Association of Canada. Daryl Dika (left) from CPAC and Christi Collins, ACPA Executive Director, spoke to the media at a press conference at the ACPA booth. CPAC will now operate as an ACPA chapter, continuing under the CPAC name. The merger will give ACPA members from Canada a dedicated forum for addressing issues affecting Canadian pumpers. Current CPAC members will benefit from ACPA’s strong safety, training and concrete pump operator certification program. We wish continued success to concrete pumpers all across North America!
