AOE recently added a new service to our website, Working Genius. With an AOE-led Working Genius assessment, get insight into your team's strengths, optimal composition and true potential for success. The Working Genius helps fill gaps in teams by providing a structured approach to identifying and understanding the various talents and inclinations of the team. AOE will help map out these strengths, revealing potential gaps within the team when it comes to specific skills or aptitudes and will provide tailored strategies for realigning roles to better suit individual capabilities.
AOE recently conducted a workshop for the American Concrete Institute Foundation related to the Working Genius. The team said the workshop will help them better brainstorm and carve out time for Wonder and Invention in the future, as well as helped provide team members with ideas about how to better work with each other.
