AOE has been recognized by Marcom, one of the largest, most-respected creative competitions in the world, for two major projects for clients American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA) and the International Grooving & Grinding Association (IGGA).
The first award, Platinum (their highest honor), went to AOE for its public relations and communications efforts around ACPA's sustainability whitepaper "Concrete Pavement's Role in a Sustainable, Resilient Future." The whitepaper synthesizes research on concrete pavement’s contributions to economic, environmental and social sustainability to educate decision-makers who are involved in the placement and rehabilitation of roadway, highway, and airfield pavements and to help them meet the ever-increasing levels of sustainability.
The second award, Gold, was presented to AOE for IGGA's funding priorities campaign "Aligning Your Department’s Priorities with BIL (Bipartisan Infrastructure Law)." The multi-faceted campaign was created to help organizations design and specify projects that meet the intent of BIL funding.
