Strategic Planning with the Iowa Concrete Paving Association

Last month, our Director of Client Strategy Drew Burns met with members and staff of the Iowa Concrete Paving Association (ICPA) to collaborate on a new strategic plan for the association. This in-person meeting followed months of preparation led by AOE, which included on-site interviews with leaders during their February workshop, member surveys, and the development of a pre-report to guide discussions.

The group engaged in robust conversations focused on ensuring the ICPA maintains its relationships with key decision-makers and upholds its reputation as a valued resource for concrete paving in Iowa. A draft of the plan is currently in progress and will be reviewed by the ICPA Board of Directors in May.
