The Iowa Concrete Paving Association (ICPA) has hired AOE

AOE is excited to have been selected to lead the Iowa Concrete Paving Association (ICPA) strategic planning initiative. Drew Burns, Director of Client Strategy at AOE, will lead this project, building on the successful strategic planning collaboration he recently completed with the Iowa Ready Mixed Concrete Association in 2024.

Both organizations play a vital role in promoting the safe and effective use of concrete, and together they are advancing Iowa’s reputation as the “Concrete State.”

The strategic planning process will include developing membership surveys, conducting interviews, preparing environmental scan reports, and in-person meeting facilitation. We’ll work closely with ICPA to craft a comprehensive plan—delivered in a dynamic PowerPoint format—that reflects input from members, customers, and stakeholders. By fostering collective buy-in, we aim to develop impactful strategies, goals, and action plans for the organization to implement.
